Squash & lamb

We've often eaten butternut squash on a Sunday as part of our roasted veg and steak staple. However I found a recipe using lamb mince and as I'd a few packs of lamb in the freezer (deal with the butcher!), I thought I'd give it a try.

Delicious doesn't even come close! It was sublime. This will have to be re-made - and soon.
