Sunbathing

After yesterday's Autumnal weather, we have glorious sunshine at the moment, albeit it is also a bit breezy.  Perfect windsurfing weather if my back was up to letting me do that sort of thing still....  But let's not complain about the breeze as it is perfect for sorting out the post holiday laundry.  

We don't have millions of butterflies on the lavender, but we do have a fair few, of which a couple are painted ladies. I've not been privileged enough to see a mass emergence, but it is lovely to have a change from the whites, which welcome as they are, can be a little boring as butterflies go!
