Varied reading material
This is what I get to read each evening at the moment. A Day at the Zoo at about 7.00 for no 3 daughter - this has been the requested read for 2 nights running and I'm already very familiar with it; then Saffron the Yellow Fairy at about 7.15 for no 2 daughter (these fairy books are pretty bad in my opinion, but at least I get read a different chapter each night and when I get to the end will never have to read it again); then when I finally tumble into bed just time for a page or two of Gil Scott-Heron before the eyes inevitably close. This is a book out of time now, telling of days when students in their hostels talked about politics and power struggles rather than sport and clubbing.
