Guerilla gardening

I only see it in London and I find it quite charming.

If there's a rough, unloved piece of ground someone will deliver a 'seed bomb'. The sprinkling of wild flower seeds might take time to sprout but when they do the result is beautiful.

During the heat of summer there was a notice on our patch of land by the Tube Station asking commuters to sprinkle any left over water on their way home.
