Tern for the worse?
I'm not sure this is a tern, rather strangely it's probably a so called black headed gull, even though such gulls normally have a white or a chocolate coloured head.
The weather, after persuading me to hang out the washing, deteriorated as soon as I had chance to get out.
Sorry it's another emergency blip, but daubing the Dulux has taken most of the day, that, and sorting out the new dishwasher installation (which caused a decent amount of huffing and puffing. It was a case of 'a stitch in time saves nine' though, as the monkey wrench also dealt with a previously unknown leak on the adjoining washing machine pipe.)
The extra, showing the town's anti seagull missiles (launched following yet another ice cream cone attack) was going to be a silly Saturday, but spoiled ice cream is no laughing matter.
