North to Alaska

Well, the Christmas tree will be down at the weekend so here's a little reminder of it.
We collect tree ornaments from various parts of the world, this one was given to us by Jesse, who was brought up in Ketchikan, Alaska, and whose family still lives there. She's removed to the sunnier climes of Phoenix, Arizona.
I've never been to Ketchikan but I do fancy it one day. It's only reachable by air or sea, there are no roads in or out of the town. Plenty bears too apparently.
