I love this meal so much I’ve made it 3 times this week.
CASARECCIA POLLO PICCANTE
You’ll Need:
Olive Oil
Chilli paste
1 roasted chicken breast
1 plum tomato. Deseeded and chopped into small cubes
3 – 4 oz. cream
Salt and pepper
10g of spinach leaves – fresh
1 roasted chilli
200g cooked pasta
What to do:
– Tear your chicken breast in to small pieces – and lightly coat with chilli paste
– In a pan, add the olive oil and sauté the chicken breast for about a minute or two
– Add your tomato, and then cream, and then a teaspoon of chilli paste
– Add salt and pepper
– Once sauce is reduced – add your spinach
– Add your cooked pasta
– Mix all together and serve
