Standing

such a great feeling

The efforts are paying off: I can now stand on my two feet, even get up from a chair without having to push myself up, I walked 40 lengths of the bars in the "walking hall" on Friday...

I'm knackered but I know why, and I don't hurt at all (except for a nagging feeling in the left arm). I'm clearly on the good path.
