Common Blue

A steady relaxing chilled day today . A couple of jobs done around the house including washing the bedding and getting it on the line to dry. We had a quick shower of rain so dashed and got the washing in but back out drying nicely again . Just after the rain shower I noticed that the butterflies had become very active on next doors buddleia . I suggested we took a drive out to chambers farm wood to see if there was many butterflies and dragonflies. We arrived and was not disappointed as there was a great selection to see and enjoy . I spotted a lone small blue which did settle in the end and I managed to get a few shots of it . This was the best it is a common blue. Back home and an afternoon of sport on tv to watch . A possible film this evening or something else on TV.
