Ruddy darter

We went to the annual Bird Fair today at Rutland Water and had a mooch about. The ground was pretty muddy from Friday's rain but it quite hot this afternoon.
It's definitely the place to go for binoculars! No end of stands.
I saw this dragonfly on the way out. From the guide I bought there I think it's a ruddy darter.
