Baked Alaska

Tried a new restaurant for our date night - had absolutely delicious steak with pepper sauce and huge truffle chips and cauliflower rice - our reservation was 5 mins waiting after the time they promised and as a result the manager insisted on giving us a free glass of wine each and this very tasty baked Alaska which was a little different with lemon curd instead of ice cream in the middle - which sort of dismissed the Alaska idea but it was delicious
