Its seen better days

An interesting afternoon and evening with the camera club.  We were meeting at a members property in the afternoon and she had arranged for us to visit a car breakers yard and a local farm before returning to her property for a meal.  We visited the farm first which was a dairy farm that used a robotic milking system.  It was fascinating and a larger more airy space than I expected, see extra.  The cows choose exactly when they want to be milked and the robotic system takes over using lasers to accurately attached the teats for pumping.  The computer monitors each individuals activities and allows for very precise health checks.  Apparently the cows are a lot less stressed using these techniques.  Interesting. Then we wandered down the lane to a breakers yard where this old car caught my eye and fits well into the Derelict Sunday category.
