Caged

Up at an outrageously early time for a Sunday morning to take Andrew to his football in Dunfermline. Not the usual sort of warm up exercises you'd expect but at least they seemed to enjoy themselves. A hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows and a roll and square sausage for him afterwards is the norm apparently. At least that's what he told me.
