This guy obviously didn't learn his Green Cross Code as he is crossing the road when the pedestrian light is red

This was taken at lunchtime on a walk round the block with Graham, a colleague. Having taken this we then stopped at a market stall and had steak and ale pie, mash and gravy - yummy

Geoff, my brother-in-law came for dinner. Mr F is off work this week so he is the head cook. We had cassoulet cooked in the slow cooker. It was delicious
