Skawa rafting

We went family canoeing again.
This time on Skawa, the right tributary of river Vistula/Wisla, which is the largest river in Poland.
We started from Wadowice where Karol Wojtyla otherwise known as John Paul II was born.
15 km of beautiful rather smooth ride however in some places was really scary and current was extremely strong.
My husband Mum had to rescued twice from overturned canoe.
It’s fun but can be dangerous.
