Light and Shade.....

We had another frost this morning... Here the early sun makes the frosted grass look golden whereas it was very white. Maisie rushes around so much that she doesn’t seem to feel the cold. She saw Harry, one of her doggy friends, wearing a very smart coat. Recent rain has brought the river levels up again and the stepping stones we use are under water. So we had to alter this morning’s route. Once the frost had thawed we had a very sunny day with a cloudless sky.
