No words

What do yo do in these situations? Do you tell them anything? Do you scold them?

I have done it sometimes, just to be answered back in a very bad way that I have no right to say anything, that I am not a police officer and that they can do whatever they want.

Now that I have read your comments, I am feeling a bit relieved to see that these things happen everywhere.
