The game is (back) on
After a very sore back, I have been stretching and pampering my muscles so I can get back to the couch to 5k - tonight I did the last run of week 2. I know it’s a rather pathetic achievement compared to others but it means a surprising amount to me. So 6 runs of 90secs and on Wednesday I start week 3 and graduate to 3 mins at a time. Bring it on!
