Today I was going to making vegan Shepard’s pie. But I took out the wrong ingredients as I opened the wrong page in the recipe book.
So I ended up making sausages instead. The last one I did I made into a square sausage.
They were really delicious and there are loads left for freezing.
We had them with mustard and garlic mashed potatoes.
