Boat on the River Tay, Dunkeld House Hotel

The first destination of our wee tour of the Highlands with Mummy hazelh is the Dunkeld House Hotel on the banks of the River Tay. On arrival Mummy hazelh was offered an upgraded room with a balcony and a view of the river. It's a very beautiful spot, as can be seen in my blip.

Before checking in we stopped off for lunch of delicious homemade soup at the Winfords' house in Pitlochry. Mummy hazelh was fascinated with Mr Winsford's collection of musical instruments, records, and all things Bob.

The holiday Scrabble championship has begun and I am already losing.

Exercise today: 37 minutes on the exercise bike before breakfast, small amount of walking (8377 steps).
