Notes: Started the day with yoga and then worked awhile on IL&G site and did some morning cleaning when the place was cooler. Less than an hour at the pool in the afternoon and then back for call with Steph on IL&G/Wngs. Quiet night, Broncos on MNF - still preseason and they just look like crap.
