Trim

Not really a short back and sides, but more of an overall prune. It was time for our hedge to be trimmed back; it had grown so much that it was blocking out light from our kitchen.
So much so that even when the sun was out we were having t o switch on lights to read the newspaper.
Okay, we have it cutback only once a year, but increasingly I think that it needs a trim more frequently.
The result is certainly aesthetically worthwhile; the line of vision along the road is much better. Above all, we can read the newspaper each morning without having to switch on the lights!
