Storms all around

When this was taken, we had set up the tents at Lake Glenbawn and put all our belongings inside. We were settling in nicely. It was about 1 and a half hours after arrival when suddenly......

There was the most almighty gust of wind. We all grabbed something, tent, chair, etc but it just kept blowing. The rain started pelting down and some small hail. We were hanging into the tent for dear life, then ... it collapsed and we all stood there in the pelting rain, not knowing what to do.
Within about 5 minutes it had disappeared as if it had never been there but, looking around, there were 3 tents collapsed, chairs blown around and broken and people standing around looking awestruck.
An amazing reminder of the power of nature.
After some cleaning up, mopping up in the tent and taping of 2 broken poles, hopefully we are good to go and also hopeful that there will be no more sudden storms.
