Sunshine

And wide tree lined avenues...... such a delight!
Today started with rain and more rain so we went to a sort of Museum - the Quai de Savoirs. Huge fun, for oldies and young ones alike. We spent a good two hours enjoying all the 'hands on' things that were available. One of my favourite was this 'House of Mirrors". Jack, Daniela and Simon lying on the floor reflected above. It was an amazing place. We also visited the cathedral before returning to allow the three of the (as above) to do one of those 'escape' rooms - meant to be for children but Simon found it tough going as it was all in French - they had huge fun and got 12 out of the 15 clues before their time ran out.  So pleasant being able to stroll around at 6.30 pm in sunshine and enjoying a drink before heading home to our apartment for dinner. Toulouse is a lovely city and one I'd definitely visit again.
