There have been several reasons for drinking ‘bubbles’ over the last ten days including our wedding anniversary, my birthday and now the satisfactory conclusion of something that has presented problems, taken up innumerable hours and days over the last nine months and many visits to the Glasgow area.  Roll on the next celebration on September 3rd  (but I will be away and perhaps unable to access wifi).
