Japanese Bronze Eagle

After our adventure I am back at Hill of Tarvit, guiding and explaining to a group from Arbroath who call themselves "The OOT AN ABOOT CLUB."

Hill of Tarvit is an NTS Property where Photography is encouraged.

Today’s Blipfoto shows a detail of the eagle which overlooks the entrance.

The extra is of Elizabeth Sharp and two friends. Elizabeth is in the middle and all are dressed in their Girl Guide leaders uniforms.

Elizabeth was the last member of the Sharp family and she gifted everything to the Trust so that the "family’s good fortune" could be shared and enjoyed with everyone.

I suspect this photo was taken in late 30s early 40s
