The dead lives!

The purple is a clematis which used to grow up the wall beside the front door. There was a tub on each side. They had died. I was keeping the planter (oh, ok then. It's an old kitchen bin) for the soil to put in my new (not got them yet) raised planters.

And then this happened!! It bloomed. The dead plant flowered.
