Busy Baristas

Not a regular patron of Starbucks, but a friend gave us a gift card so here I am waiting for my mocha with coconut milk. One thing you can generally count on at Starbucks is the workers are friendly and helpful - I think they are generally hired well and trained well, and I suspect that grumpy people either self select out, or do not make it through the screening process.
