A month ago there was water, fish and a lot of birds, including white storks (Ciconia ciconia), grey herons (Ardea cinerea), great egrets (Ardea alba), several species of waders.

It's dry here now. Despite the rains, the water did not reach here because the dam upstream was blocked. The deputy, who was elected to the Ukrainian parliament from our region, fulfilled his promise to the inhabitants of the nearby village.

The long-standing dispute between rural communities over water adversely affects local biocenosis. ((
