In the pink

A rather gloomy day, but dry at least so I continued barrowing soil up into my new bed. I've almost finished, leaving space for the tiny pond which I hope will arrive soon.

The rain began at lunchtime so it was back to indoor work. This is rather an emergency Blip as it's growing in a pot at the front door so I didn't have to go far! It's a lovely little dianthus, tho' I can't remember which one. The label might be hidden - I'll have another look when it's stopped raining. It's only 4-5" high and beautifully fragrant, which makes a change. I got a lovely waft of it while I was typing this, tho' of course it was only in my imagination. Or was it.
