Why Can't We Go In?

I walked the 3 Amigos up to St. Ouen's Manor this afternoon, to show them the ancestral home of the family who settled New Jersey. Unfortunately they weren't very happy that I wouldn't let go in and run along the drive, as it's private property. Trigger wasn't at all impressed but I managed to calm him down when I told him he could have a run in the field back home.
