I've had  A LOT of time on my hands this trip. 
Cos I'm a bit of a nerd about these things, t's been cool to learn more about the tummel valley hydro scheme as I've gone along.  With a catchment of 1800 km² the Tummel valley was one of the first areas to be developed for hydro and brought affordable electricity to the Highlands. The same water makes generates electricity 5 times as it goes down the system!
