Instow Beach

A busy day. An aerobics class this morning, lost the half pound I put on last week ;-) I went over this afternoon to Instow for today's blip.  I was very good and no ice cream today.  I was surprised how quiet the beach was, with only a couple of families sitting on it. There was a very low tide today. This evening I had a kettle bell class after doing battle with the horrendous traffic in Barnstaple!!
