Ringtail Possum (Pseudocheirus perogrinus)

This little guy came up for a drink from our pool tonight. I think it was a bit befuddled by the heat (it was 43°C today, and yes that's a technical term), and so in need of a drink as to override its fear of people. Strangely, it seemed to prefer the salt water from the pool to the fresh water we put out for it.
