Two days in one

I dropped off Mrs P at the top of Newlands to 'bag' a couple of easy Wainwrights.  However the torrential rain made them a bit of a challenge and good character-building stuff.  I found her in the van a couple of hours later in a complete change of clothes.  Within an hour the sun was out, blue skies and we walked up to Birk Rigg to see the oak woodland and the Wainwrights in all their glory.
