Concentration

I had a hideous night , Kaylene went to the chemist and got some Night & Day meds for me this morning, its helped no end, or perhaps I was going to feel a bit better anyway.

Lexi went off to dancing, we stayed at home.  I used the  quiet time to enter a National Salon....last day, I should really try to be more organised.
