Toms. . .

Penultimate tutoring session with my lovely Spanish student.  Blipped toms while buying strawberries for afternoon picnic. 
Returned home to hound, feed and meet out and grab waterproofs. 
Cycled off to country park to meet up with former school colleagues.  Arrived just before skies opened.  Luckily we had shelter beneath fixed gazebo. It was good to catch up with friends some of whom I'd not seen for over a year. The school is worked in for 12 years has a special ethos and despite having had the worst headteacher ever for the last 2 years of my time there the bond with former colleagues has remained strong. Maybe because it's such a small school the 'family' ethos prevails even after leaving.
