Take Off

I’ve decided I have to start taking the Gang Gangs seriously from now on. How blessed are we to have these glorious creatures visit us night after night and yet there are millions of people in Australian who never even heard of these beautiful birds. I’ve been trying to work with a much higher shutter speed and it’s tricky when they often arrive at dusk. However I did snap this wonderful male as he was about to take off. I had just missed four of them all on the table at the same time but I felt this image was worth blipping. Isn’t nature amazing!!
