MEET TOM.........ATO

A wet and blustery day today.  Hubby went to Barrow to do the shopping and I just did some more Family History.  Oh and continued with a battle with DWP.  A close friend who was medically retired due to many conditions, some of which are degenerative.  You wouldn't believe the amount of assessments that have been undergone, the battles, including MPs involvements etc etc.  Won't bore you with the details but lets just say they're incompetent idiots.  Aaah well, c'es la vie.

The tomatoes are coming coming on well.  I spot a few fallen apples by the wall too so must check out that small tree (just starting really, but is yielding a little fruit).

Busy weekend coming up with Mum coming over.  Train tickets sorted for going to Edinburgh in September.  Partly for Hubby to meet Sis-in-Law and partly for me to go to CAB to help a friend with form filling for above-mentioned idiots.  Trouble is I've can feel the start of a sore throat coming on - just hoping I don't come down with a cold as I do get really bad incapacitating ones!!!!!   Fingers crossed - lots of Vitamin C.

Housework and photography studying tomorrow - exciting isn't it!!!
