Reflections

Walking from my office to purchase my lunch today I noticed the sky reflected in the office building and as I was 'warmed' by the rosy glow - I was reminded how much our interpretations and impressions of what we see around us affects our mood. Today i see rosy glow, yesterday was grey traffic and harsh red buses so have swapped stressed and efficient with mellow and chilled!

But then today is also Friday and I'm not working tomorrow.... :)
