Down at the shore today

I went down to the shore today and there was a lot going on. There were plenty of Ducks of different varieties, Herons, Oyster Catchers, various types of Gull and these two who looked quite comical together. Curlews and Redshank on the shore line. Could be Little and Large. The Curlew fairly out weighs the Redshank a few times over. It looked like he was protecting the little chap, but probably not.
