Went to see Keith yesterday with a friend and as we got they he was about to go to physio and he is trying very hard still a bit wobbly but he is getting there if we get the go ahead he could be moving to the last place before hopefully he comes back home

I spent the evening yesterday having fish and chips with some of his running friends
