Following my pruning work yesterday my arm got quite painful and the bruising is horrendous, so I have strict instructions (to behave) to take more care or something like that. I now have an arm support bandage which if nothing else covers the bruising - I look like a battered wife.
Happy bank holiday we are guaranteed super sunshine the whole time, now that is unusual.
