Flower Friday

Walked into the garden centre for coffee and chat meet up this morning and was greeted by these giant silk daffodils! As tall as me, and I can’t imagine where you would put them should you buy some! Amused me, so thought I’d use them for Flower Friday. Lovely sunny morning, so we sat outside and saw quite a few other people we know in there as well. Decided to catch the bus to the next town - quite a nice journey as it meanders through the villages, but boy was it hot on there today! A bit of holiday shopping and then back on the same route. Interesting diversion en route as a canal boat was passing through the swing bridge - think the operators were newbies as they seemed to be struggling with the system! Made for an interesting few minutes! Songsheets to sort now ready for tomorrow when Our Community Choir is singing at the Harley Weekend in Baildon - looking forward to seeing some fabulous motorbikes!
