N and A

We had Alice for a couple of hours this am. Mum and Zak arrived to collect. So lots of dslr pics - love this one.

After a quick bite we went Bicester to see the Bowen man. I asked him not to touch shoulder but to work on my legs which seem to be worse.

Feeling quite low about shoulder which is still paining me and legs that don't feel like mine. It's now 16 months since it all kicked off and I just can't see an end to it.

Day 10 - injection - 2000 units to start prophylaxis treatment again. Still painful.

Hot and dry day.
