Prairie Coneflowers....

....& Narrow Leaf Vervain, growing wild all over the prairie fields that make up the Nojoshing trail. And what an absolutely gorgeous day to be out taking both a walk and pictures--mid 70's, sunny, a light breeze and no humidity! Jennie had class until noon today so I spent the morning playing with Mae, who was NOT on her best behavior. Her mom took her to the park when she got home & I declined going along as I needed a break!  Instead I went for a long walk with my camera and came back refreshed.
