Past It's Best

i love scabious but I thought I'd managed to kill all mine off. I haven't seen the pink or lilac ones but i found this straggly white one. It's past it's best, but who am I to comment on that!

A busy morning at the studio then a memorial service in the afternoon. a lady from our estate had died with no close family. She had requested a private cremation but the village WI got together and baked and put on a wonderful funeral tea in the village hall. Our large church was packed, as was the village hall to remember a very kind lady. She was so good to my mum!
