Heather

A lovely day here and all over the country, I think. Our corner of the world is snarled up with traffic jams and there are caravans doing somersaults as everybody comes down to the South West for the holiday weekend. That apart, I'm sure everyone will have a great time but I'm going nowhere!

Another band rehearsal this evening and it went well but I can't help thinking it would have been easier to sing these songs myself than to get the guest performers doing them. That's not the point though, it'll be great when it goes on!

I slipped out this afternoon to Little Haldon. The heather's looking gorgeous so all I had to do was find a composition that showed it off.
