Lunch

I walked Elvis with Jan (whose birthday it is today) Millie Spaniel, Archie and Josie (who is trying to up her fitness in preparation for the memory walk she is doing next month), then after I had a swim, we met our friends at a local restaurant.
Twelve of us sat on an enclosed terrace where there wasn't a breath of air, and the temperatures were in the mid 30's.
It's almost never a good idea to drink at lunchtime I find, but after having a little sleep next to a fan this afternoon I felt better!
