Fox & Chipmunk

The red fox marched by at some distance in the morning, and the chipper went round and round feeding (probably on grass)  close by our kitchen window.  Our guest Cynthia left after lunch to return to Maine (she stayed in fact  25 hours for two lunches :)  My first cousin Frannie (Walter's sister) came for tea with her husband Bill--we had not seen them for a couple of years, and it was good to catch up--numerous children and grandchildren to talk about. In the evening Marylee and I went through the images from the first week of our trip in July to Ireland and France (starting June 30th in Dublin), deleting those we don't want to keep (a task too often postponed and best done together).
